When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in one business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped within 2 business days.
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status.
How do I contact customer service?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-5pm PST, Friday from 8:30am-12pm PST. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours (except for weekends and Holidays).
What should I do if my size is not available?
Please contact our customer service department and they can inform you on when that size will be available.
I'm unsure about sizing and fit. What do I do?
We’ve provided a size and fit guide for you to help determine your size for clothing on each product page. If you would like more help, please contact our customer service.
How do I care for my Z Supply products?
To keep your tees in great condition, we recommend always washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying them flat to dry. We also suggest not using any harsh chemicals, detergents or fabric softener sheets, as they may damage our beautiful threads overtime.
Why was my order cancelled or items from my order cancelled?
Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled.
Is there a warranty for your products?
Yes! Z SUPPLY covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel is only covered when purchased from zsupplyclothing.com. The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Z SUPPLY will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Z SUPPLY dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from www.zsupplyclothing.com, please email us at email@example.com if you feel your damaged item qualifies under this warranty.
What do I need to include with my return?
Your return package should include the unwanted merchandise in original, unused condition, with original tags, a copy of your original packing slip.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we received your return for your refund.
