WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in one business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped within 2 business days.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking on Order History.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can email us at customerservice@zsupplyclothing.com. Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM – 6 PM (PST), and Friday from 8 AM – 12 PM (PST). All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?

Please contact customer service and they can inform you when your size will be available.

I'M UNSURE ABOUT SIZING AND FIT. WHAT DO I DO?

We provide a size and fit guide for you on each product page to help you determine your perfect fit. If you would like more help, please contact our customer service.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY Z SUPPLY PRODUCTS?

To keep your clothing in great condition, we always recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying them flat to dry. We also suggest not using any harsh chemicals, detergents or fabric softener sheets, as they may damage our beautiful threads over time.

WHY WERE ITEMS CANCELLED OFF MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock by the time your order is processed. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled.

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes! Z SUPPLY covers any defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchase date. Apparel is only covered when purchased directly from zsupplyclothing.com, not from boutiques. If you purchased the product from an authorized Z SUPPLY boutique, please contact the retailer directly. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Z SUPPLY will replace the item or send you a comparable in-stock item. Please email us at customerservice@zsupplyclothing.com to request a replacement.

WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WITH MY RETURN?

Please include a copy of your original packing slip in your package with the unwanted merchandise in its original, unused condition with original tags.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow 10 business days from the date we received your return for your refund to be processed.
